Iris Schmitz-Kleinhenz
Head of the Legal Department Market, Data Protection and Digital Business Models at EnBW Energie Baden Württemberg AG since August 2021. In this role, Iris Schmitz-Kleinhenz and her team advise all sales units and the trading division of the EnBW Group on all legal matters. She is responsible for the central dunning and debt collection process. From 2015 to 2021, she headed the Compliance and Data Protection department at EnBW. During this time, she was also responsible for implementing the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation as part of a project from her team. Iris Schmitz-Kleinhenz previously worked both in the EnBW Group and in other companies as an in-house lawyer on various topics, including advising on corporate and distribution law issues.
