Tobias Voßberg

Tobias Voßberg is a lawyer and specialist in intellectual property law at the commercial law firm Noerr, where he is a member of the AI Litigation Taskforce. He gives lectures and workshops for large companies throughout Germany on the possible uses of AI in legal departments and on correct prompting. He is a member of the editorial advisory board of GRUR-Prax. His legal practice focuses on trademark, design, competition and copyright law, especially in strategic advice and litigation. He also has expertise in food law. A further focus of his work is advertising law, particularly with regard to green claims.;
