As a Professor of International Business Law at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) since 2002, I have been teaching and researching various aspects of law that are relevant for businesses operating in the global market. I have also published two books and multiple articles on topics such as contract law, intellectual property law, competition law, and European business law.

In addition to my academic role, I have been an attorney at law at the Law firm Dr. Thorsten Richter for over eight years, where I handled general trial practice in areas such as employment law, commercial law, company law, and contract law. I also served as a Law Consultant and Deputy Head at the Chamber of Crafts and Small Industries for Munich and Upper Bavaria for five years, where I supported the interests and needs of 79,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.

My mission is to share my knowledge and expertise in international business law with my students, colleagues, and clients, and to help them achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals. I am passionate about developing and practicing innovative learning methods, such as e-learning, and collaborating with others for the benefit of the institution and the society. I am always eager to learn new things and to challenge myself in my field of work.
