Dr. Ann-Kristin Mayrhofer

Dr. Ann-Kristin Mayrhofer is a lawyer and postdoc at the Chair of Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, European Private and Procedural Law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. For her dissertation, she conducted intensive research on non-contractual liability for different autonomous systems, including AI systems. Dr. Sebastian Dötterl is a lawyer and Head of Unit for Strategic Planning at the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice. Previously, he worked as a public prosecutor at the Munich I Public Prosecutor's Office, as a Legal Officer in the Bavarian State Chancellery and as a judge at the Munich II Regional Court.
