Claudia Brosche is currently working as Senior Legal Counsel at Flightright. Flightright is an innovative Legal Tech company specializing in the enforcement of air passenger rights. The combination of legal expertise and modern technology makes Flightright a pioneering company in the Legal Tech field, facilitating access to the enforcement of passenger rights. In her position, Claudia is significantly involved in the development of legal solutions and contributes to the use of innovative technologies for the enforcement of consumer rights. After her studies in Potsdam, Claudia completed her legal clerkship in the Potsdam district court area with stations at Lindenpartners and Legal OS. These experiences enabled her to gain initial insights into the legal topics of the Legal Tech field. During her studies and clerkship, Claudia worked for over 5 years in the litigation department of the law firm BBL Brockdorff Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, which specializes in insolvency law. Her profound knowledge and extensive experience in this area contribute to successfully overcoming complex legal challenges and developing an understanding of the workings of the judiciary.
