Dr David Schneeberger holds a doctorate in law and successfully combines people, law and technology(www.recht-digital.ch). He has been working as Secretary General at the University of St. Gallen since May 2023. Prior to this, he successfully put the largest court (Federal Administrative Court) in Switzerland on the path to digitalisation.
He is also a military judge (captain, former company commander) and holds a CAS in Organisational Development Change Leadership and a CAS in Legal Tech. He publishes regularly in the areas of digitalisation in the legal environment and in employment and contract law.
He has broad experience in the fields of law, transformation and technology. He is the author of the non-fiction book "Leitfaden ChatGPT for Business" and is a regular speaker and lecturer on digital transformation and the use of ChatGPT in everyday (legal) professional life.
