Dr. Stefan Lammel is a certified specialist in Commercial and Corporate Law and Managing Partner of the law firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner mbB in Freiburg. He is focused on corporate succession, mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring and insolvency. In his role as Managing Director at FGvW, Dr. Stefan Lammel is responsible for IT/Digitalization and Organization & Compliance. In this role, he deals with topics such as IT security, money laundering prevention and data protection, which, in addition to numerous other legal requirements, will continue to pose a particular and intensive challenge to law firms of all sizes in the coming years.
